The most robust module I could find was myReviews (v2.1 RC1, production ready). I found another I don't remember the name but couldn't find a supporting website, and I found C-Jay Reviews Beta1 which was based on an older version of myReviews and was older than this one which appeared to work. Can't seem to get support for any of them.

• Administer just this module by a Group
• Moderate categories/subcategories, etc by Group assignment.
• Smarty-templated
