Blocks Admin Module

A module for easier administration of blocks and group permissions listed by module.

This is the last stand-alone version according to their site. In the future, this will be released as a part of the altsys - Alternative System Administration - module, now in alpha.

This module also doesn't do the new center bottom blocks. I'm sure it will be available very soon.
