Menu - Remove Module in Listing

To remove a module from showing in your menu that doesn't have that option in the module (for example, SmartSection), then you can modify the xoops_version.php file. (put explanation here).

Administering Blocks

I give permissions to the Administrator account for all blocks in the Groups area, and then as appropriate to the other groups for them to view or not. Thus, when in blocks, I have access to all the blocks to edit their visibility.
