LOL! ... Man-O-me ..
I did exactly as you stated .. I even tested to see if I could add an album and sure enough I did ..

The buttons were still displayed in both ADMIN and REG Member.

This is really stranged how it doesnt seem to cooperate ..
Did take out the footer as you stated.. OH YES much cleaner.
